The operational core of the Business OS.
Manage the full customer path — from first request to final payment — in one workspace. CRM is currently in beta and forms the foundation that is expanding into the complete X-Ploy Business OS.
CRM works with or without Sites
If you already have a website, you can add a small code snippet to collect requests and send them straight into CRM. No need to change your domain or hosting. Sites is available when you want everything fully connected under one system.
Everything stays on the customer timeline
Requests, messages, quotes, approvals, field documentation, invoices, and payment activity live in one place. The team always sees the full context instead of chasing information across separate tools.
Native electronic signatures inside CRM
Send a quote or set of terms through a texted link. Capture the signature with cryptographic documentation (SHA-256) and keep the signed record permanently attached to the customer timeline. X-Sign is built directly into CRM and requires no extra subscription. It currently supports quotes and related operational documents. A broader standalone document-signing product is planned for the future.
From request to payment without losing context
CRM is designed for teams that move between the office and the field. Quotes can be approved, work can be scheduled and documented, and invoices can be sent while everything remains connected to the same customer record.
CRM is the core that becomes the operating system
X-Ploy CRM is not a final destination. It is the operational layer that is growing into the full X-Ploy Business OS. Sites already connects to it. Future products will connect to it. The goal is one coherent system rather than a collection of separate tools.
