Scope and contact

Richard McDonald, using the X-Ploy brand, operates x-ploy.com. This notice covers this public marketing website and inquiries sent to X-Ploy through it. Contact support@x-ploy.com with privacy questions or requests.

This notice does not describe every data practice of Sites accounts, Business OS customer workspaces, STEM, the DEX or other linked products. Product-specific notices and the privacy notice of a business using X-Ploy apply to those separate activities.

Information you provide

Our inquiry form asks for your name, email address and message. You may also provide a phone number and choose whether you want texts about your request. Your message may include business details, such as your industry, team size and the work you want to improve.

Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or private customer records through this form.

How inquiries are handled

We use inquiry information to understand your request, respond, arrange the next step and provide support. The website's inquiry flow creates a CRM record and is configured to notify the X-Ploy team through CRM, email and text, and to send a customer confirmation. The team and service providers handling those functions process relevant inquiry information for these purposes.

Website delivery and analytics

Cloudflare provides website infrastructure. Delivering web pages involves technical request information being processed by website infrastructure, such as an IP address and browser request details. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

We use Google Analytics and X-Ploy's own website metrics to understand website usage and improve the site. Google receives information through its Analytics service. We do not use a Meta pixel on this website.

Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services. Google also offers a Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on for supported browsers and Analytics implementations. That add-on does not stop X-Ploy's own metrics or other website processing. Browser privacy settings may offer additional controls; their effect depends on the browser and technology involved.

Links can take you to other websites or products with different notices. Payment and account actions occur on the relevant product or provider surface; this marketing inquiry form is not a payment form.

Your requests and records

You can email support@x-ploy.com to ask about information you submitted, request a correction, or request access or deletion. We may need to verify that the request concerns your information or that you have authority to act. Applicable legal obligations and the circumstances can affect what information may be provided or deleted.

Contact us about the records associated with your inquiry and any retention questions. Do not assume that closing a browser or leaving the website deletes a submitted inquiry.

We may update this notice as the website and its practices change. The date above identifies the latest update.
